Research in progress
Od 2015 roku: NCBR PBS3/A8/38/2015 Development of industrial methods of automatic evaluation of technological parameters and classification of grain using image analysis. The project is carried out in the consortium of University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (leader), Lodz University of Technology, Wroclaw University of Technology and Soufflet Poland Sp. z o.o. The aim of the project is to develop a comprehensive automated technology for assessment of barley grain quality for the brewing industry. I manage tasks regarding image analysis and three-dimensional modeling of kernels.
Od 2015 roku: Grant NCN ST7/OPUS-8 The development of numerical methods for modeling and evaluation of renal perfusion using magnetic resonance imaging. The principal investigator of the project is Dr. Arthur Klepaczko. The aim is to improve methods for perfusion parameter measurements based on magnetic resonance angiography images, and to develop a simulator of renal perfusion imaging.
