Algorytmy wykrywania naczyń krwionośnych na podstawie danych z tomografu rezonansu magnetycznego (MRA) z badania mózgu są ważnym narzędziem do diagnozowania chorób nowotworowych, planowania operacji chirurgicznych bądź wykrywania zaniku naczyń krwionośnych. Istnieje potrzeba opracowania programu pracującego szybko i jednocześnie dostatecznie skutecznego. |
Abstract: |
The algorithms of detecting blood vessels on the basis of the data from the scanner of the magnetical resonance (MRA) from the investigation of brain are the important tool to diagnosing neoplasmic diseases, planning of surgical operations or detecting the atrophy of blood dishes. Medicine need quick and effective program. Computer program realized in this thesis uses algorithms of mathematical morphology such as: the operation top hat (enlarging the contrast), region growing (the detecting points of similar pixel value) or watershed with the use of markers. Blood vessels are detected from the series of the sections of the brain and their volume is counted. Detected vessels are visualized in 3D with the possibility of turn and any close relations. Program is fully automatic and doesn't require settings made by user. |
